All prices listed are GST inclusive and in NZ dollars.
Secure online payment options are via Visa/Mastercard and internet banking.
Customers can be confident that their details are protected and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
The Pet Portal Ltd does not store cardholder or card information.
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from Stripe payments to process online orders. This Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact karen@thepetportal.co.nz or call us within 5 days from the date of
delivery to arrange a refund or exchange.
If you have selected the incorrect item or size, the item must not have been used and be in its original packaging.
If these conditions are not met, the refund or exchange will not be processed.
If a product proves to be faulty The Pet Portal Ltd will either refund or replace the product.
Shipping
The item will be shipped directly to your address.
Please provide any special instructions in the Cart section.
Our shipping costs are from $8 NZ-wide.

I will get it to NZ Post within 24 hours for Overnight delivery.
(Please note this does not apply to Rural addresses and is reliant on NZ Post etc).
We cannot ship to a PO Box.
