    What we're made of
    We are made of the good stuff, 100% Cornstarch. There are no nasties in our bags. We really do care about our planet which is why we made Eco Poop Bags in the first place! Now you can enjoy them too. We add an anti-microbial additive to our bags, for more hygienic poop picking.

      Returns & Refunds

      If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact karen@thepetportal.co.nz or call us within 5 days from the date of
      delivery to arrange a refund or exchange.

      If you have selected the incorrect item or size, the item must not have been used and be in its original packaging.

      If these conditions are not met, the refund or exchange will not be processed.


      If a product proves to be faulty The Pet Portal Ltd will either refund or replace the product.

      Shipping

      The item will be shipped directly to your address.

      Our shipping costs are between $4.50 & $7 NZ-wide depending on the product ordered. We offer FREE Shipping over $100.

      We cannot ship to a PO Box.

      Despatch is usually within one working day of your online order been made.
